Refund policy
Digital Products
All products sold on thecoldcaseroom.com are 100% digital and are delivered instantly via email immediately after purchase. No physical boxes, printed case files, or items of any kind are produced, sold, or shipped.
General Rule
Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot be issued once the download link has been accessed or the files have been downloaded. By completing your purchase, you expressly consent to the immediate delivery of digital content and acknowledge that you thereby waive your right of withdrawal in accordance with EU Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(m). This consent is recorded at the time of order completion.
Exceptions
A refund may be considered at our sole discretion only in the following circumstances: duplicate orders, meaning an accidental purchase of the same product twice, which qualifies for a 100% refund on the duplicate; a demonstrable technical failure where the files are inaccessible due to an error on our part and cannot be resolved within a reasonable timeframe; or an incorrect product delivered, meaning a product different from what was ordered was sent.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
The following do not constitute valid grounds for a refund: the customer expected a physical box or printed case files; the customer is dissatisfied with the format, difficulty, or writing style of the cases; the customer solved the case, read the solution, or otherwise consumed the content before requesting a refund; the customer claims the product does not meet personal expectations; the customer did not read the product description or FAQ section prior to purchase; the customer changed their mind after purchase; the customer does not have the tools or devices required to access, view, or print the digital content.
Disputes and Chargebacks
Before opening any dispute with your bank or payment institution, we kindly invite you to contact us directly at thecoldcaseroom.store@gmail.com. In most cases we are able to resolve any issue quickly and to your satisfaction. Any unjustified dispute may be contested with the delivery documentation in our possession.
